How Wave Does It
As the first step toward Wave CaaS, people and groups of people need to CONNECT. This is already accomplished through Private and Public Clouds and The Communications Ecosystem. Four billion people already have what they need to connect to a network of their choice, efficiently and economically.
The good news about Wave communications technology is that it is designed to connect to any multimedia device, operating on any network (private and public clouds). Wave’s core communication technology is best of breed and has been successfully utilized in many industries for 20 years.
The second step is to support people and groups of people to effectively COMMUNICATE. This is accomplished through universal hardware/software standards utilizing voice, text or multimedia. Technology has created The Communications Ecosystem and the cost of a communication transaction is a fraction of a penny.
However, this is where the problems start. Most people are ineffective communicators (with and without technology) and struggle with communications technologies that are inherently complex. Cheap communications and digital devices create a tidal wave of messages (messaging mayhem) and infomania. This is one of the reasons most people still prefer voice communications (a traffic lane five times larger than the Internet): it is familiar, simple to use and easy to understand (uncomplicated).
